There are three methods of liquid nitrogen quick freezing: liquid nitrogen immersion freezing, liquid nitrogen cold air circulation freezing and liquid nitrogen spray freezing.

  1. Liquid nitrogen immersion freezing

Liquid nitrogen immersion freezing is a quick freezing method that completely immerses food in liquid nitrogen to achieve rapid freezing.

  1. Liquid nitrogen cold air circulation freezing

Liquid nitrogen cold air circulation freezing is a freezing method that uses air cooled by liquid nitrogen circulation as a cold carrier gas to freeze food.

  1. Liquid nitrogen spray freezing

Liquid nitrogen spray freezing is a quick freezing method in which liquid nitrogen forms a mist through a nozzle and exchanges heat with food. The liquid nitrogen absorbs heat and evaporates into nitrogen gas, which is then used to precool newly entered food and rapidly freeze it.

 

Liquid nitrogen quick freezer machines generally use liquid nitrogen spray freezing technology.
