PEM Electrolytic Ozone Machine

Low-voltage Electrolytic ozone generation method uses water as raw material and solid precious metal polymer as electrolyte to separate oxygen and obtain ozone through low-voltage electrolysis of water (H2O). The concentration of ozone produced is as high as 18-20wt%, and the accompanying substance of ozone gas is oxygen, without any harmful substances. The third-generation ozone technology -- PEM low-voltage electrolytic ozone generation technology overcomes various drawbacks of traditional high-voltage corona discharge method. The core electrode of the generator is non consumable, with low usage cost. The concentration of ozone generated is more than 6 times higher than that of traditional high-voltage corona method. Especially, the generated ozone does not produce harmful substances such as nitrogen oxides, and has no secondary pollution. It is a truly low-carbon, energy-saving and environmentally friendly product.

Features of Low-voltage PEM Electrolytic ozone machine

1. The gas source of ozone generator is pure water, not oxygen source, no need air pre-treatment, cooling or other supporting equipment, easy to operate, safe and reliable. 

2. Low-voltage electrolysis (3-5V), no electrical hazards, no electromagnetic waves or noise, and it does not cause interference when working together with other precision instruments.

3. High ozone concentration 18-20wt%, several times higher than that of the high-voltage corona method (air source1-3wt%, oxygen source3-6wt%), can achieve a higher ozone dissolution in water with the same amount ozone.

4. Gas output is O2, O3, O2-, no NOX (nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide) or carcinogens, 20% high concentration ozone is used for disinfection and sterilization, 80% oxygen is used to improve the quality of environment and air.

5. Pure water self-circulation cooling, eliminates the risk of high temperature accidents caused by continuous equipment operation.

6. High humidity resistance above 85%, not affected by the working environment and temperature during work. Especially suitable for water production workshops with humid environments.

7. Low electrode loss, continuous operation and long service life.


Reliable Dry Ice Maker Machine

Dry ice is Solid carbon dioxide (CO2), it is generated from CO2 PHASE CHANGE that the Cryogenic Liquid CO2 stored in pressure vessel cryogenic CO2 tank (2.3Mpa) will be physically turned into solid and gas simultaneously through throttle plate of dry ice maker at atmospheric pressure (0.1Mpa) in the atmosphere. Normally 1Kg Cryogenic Liquid CO2 can turn into about 0.4Kg dry ice and 0.6Kg gas.

The temperature of dry ice is -78.5℃, and the dry ice will sublime from Solid to Gas directly without any residue as long as temperature difference existed, so it is suggested to produce and use high-density dry ice at site freshly.
